1. Return and Exchange Period
You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be in:
- original commercial condition;
- without signs of use, washing, perfume, or damage;
- with original labels and packaging attached.
Returns are not accepted for:
Items made to individual measurements or customized at the customer’s request.
3. Custom Size Orders
For items made to individual measurements, an advance payment of 50% of the product value is required.
This amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation, as the product is made specifically for the customer.
4. Return Procedure
- Contact us by email: info@kaleastore.com or by phone: 0876065697 to request a return.
- Send the product back via courier to our address.
After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded to the bank account you provided within 14 business days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered items.
5. Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model:
- Contact us to check availability.
- Send back the received item.
- After receiving it, we will send you the desired product.
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, KALÉA covers all shipping costs.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos to document the issue.
7. Consumer Rights
All complaints, returns, and exchanges are processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The customer has the right to:
- cancel the purchase within 14 days;
- receive a refund under the stated conditions;
- file a complaint for a defective item.
